Remote Access

Our Support Team may request to access your device remotely in order to troubleshoot your issue.

Remote access is completely controlled by you. It’s a one-time grant of access to your device. You’ll approve the remote connection and will be able to view the entire session as our Support Team performs the troubleshooting. Additionally, you’ll be able to stop/cancel the remote access session at any time, if you wish. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your privacy and security, please raise these issues with us prior to beginning a remote access session.

You’ll need to install a small app on your device. Then, provide our Support Team with the one-time access number shown by the app. Once the session is completed, you can keep the app on your device for future use, or uninstall it.

Follow these steps to begin remote access.

  1. Download the app from your app store here: GET APP (this will open another website)
  2. Launch (Open) the app.
  3. The app will provide a 9-digit access number. Provide this number to our Support Team.
  4. Once the remote session begins, do not use your device while the Support Team Member is working.
  5. Once the remote session is over, you can close/quit the app.
